# Raven > Raven is an internal delivery-operations platform that gives leadership one live view of utilization, budgets, staffing and releases across every project — consolidating timesheets, recruitment, attendance, software spend, assets and access into a single governed console. Raven runs the delivery organization from one place. It syncs from the tools a company already uses — Keka HR & Hire, Google Workspace & Calendar, Slack, RazorpayX Payroll and CallerDesk — and unifies people, time, projects, budgets, releases, hiring and back-office operations. Every person opens the same platform but sees only what their role permits; approvals leave an audit trail; and routine reminders (project health, releases, renewals, attendance) fire automatically over Slack and Calendar.
